Privacy Policy
Effective 1 January 2025
What this covers
Xintesys Connect Pte. Ltd. ("Xintesys-Connect", "we", "us") runs the Xintesys-Connect platform, which builds and maintains workflow connectors between software systems. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what happens to it.
Our starting position is simple: we collect what the service needs to run, and nothing more.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and password when you register.
- Usage records — how you use the platform: connector configurations, workflow definitions, and error reports. We need these to run the service and work out what went wrong when something breaks.
- Messages — anything you send us through support or feedback channels.
- Technical details — IP address, browser, and operating system, recorded automatically for security and reliability.
We never see your payment details; those go to third-party payment providers, who have their own privacy policies.
What we do with it
- Run and maintain the Xintesys-Connect service.
- Confirm you are who you say you are, and keep your account secure.
- Study usage patterns so the platform gets more reliable, not less.
- Answer when you write to us.
- Meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. Full stop.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, or as long as providing the service requires. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Usage logs and technical records are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted or folded into anonymous statistics.
Third parties
A small number of providers help us run our infrastructure — hosting, monitoring, and payment processing. Each is bound by contract to handle data only on our instructions and in line with data protection law.
When you connect other services to Xintesys-Connect, we touch only the data and permissions the requested connectors need. Third-party credentials are never stored in plaintext.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to:
- See the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your personal data deleted.
- Object to, or restrict, certain uses of it.
- Take your data away in a portable format.
Write to us and we'll sort it out.
Cookies
Only the essential ones — sign-in and session management. No tracking, no advertising cookies. You can switch cookies off in your browser, though parts of the service may stop working if you do.
When this policy changes
We'll update this page from time to time. For anything material, we'll post a notice in the platform before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will always tell you when it was last revised.
