Xintesys Connect Pte. Ltd. ("Xintesys-Connect", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Xintesys-Connect platform, which discovers, builds, and maintains workflow connectors between software systems. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We believe data collection should be purposeful and minimal. We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our service.

We do not collect payment information directly; payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

Usage logs and technical data are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or aggregated into anonymised statistics.


Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate our infrastructure (hosting, monitoring, and payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to process data only as instructed by us and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

When you connect third-party services to Xintesys-Connect, we access only the data and permissions necessary to operate the requested connectors. We do not store third-party credentials in plaintext.
